As anyone who has done any of my many workshops or courses will be able to tell you, I believe very strongly in adding immense value for my customers, clients and students.
But there is more to adding value than simply giving more or doing more for them, it is about doing more of what means more to them!
It might seem obvious, but many people tend to overlook this aspect of doing business and at the same time miss out on the opportunity to stand out from the crowd. The more you are able to do and offer what your market needs, the more chance you will have of being able to increase your customers’ loyalty.
So how can one go about creating more true value for your customers, well personally I have found that there are only three criteria to build better relationship with you clients, which need to be met and they are:
1. Leadership: Providing Direction
2. Relationships: Providing Confidence
3. Creativity : Providing Capability
Firstly, by providing leadership to your customers or clients, you will be effectively eliminating their dangers for them, providing them with solutions, showing them how to use opportunities which are available to them and overall be giving them a definite answer or direction to go in, in order to fill their needs.
By using your specialist or extensive knowledge in your field you are helping them fill these needs whether these needs be regarding a problem which they have, an issue which they need resolved or helping them understand the world of possibilities which are available to them which they might be missing.
Unfortunately many entrepreneurs and business owners give this precious commodity of leadership away for free as they underestimate the need people have for it and normally use it simply as a way to promote another product or service, little do they realize the high value many people place on the ability of others to supply them with leadership.
Secondly, many entrepreneurs and business owners underestimate the power of their customer relationships and how important it is to provide them with confidence in order to strengthen these relationships.
By providing your customers or clients with the confidence they require by reinforcing their strengths, offering support and in doing so helping to build their confidence, you will be forming a far stronger and trusting relationship with them, they will far more easily look to you for the answers they need if you are able to help them feel more confident.
The moment they realize that you are able to help them by giving them solid and achievable solutions to their needs and that you are doing all you can to help them achieve their goal, then suddenly pricing becomes irrelevant as they see the true value you are adding and the trust they have in you will often overpower their need or desire to shop around.
This is also the breeding ground for viral marketing, people want to share a fantastic experience with others and therefore by helping them by building their own confidence, you will have created a pleasant experience for them, one which they will be sure to share with others.
Thirdly, when we look at the aspect of creativity, we need to realize that most people have had their creativity suppressed by modern day society and the emphasis which it places on following the norm, relying on the ‘gurus or experts’ and following set ways of doing things.
This is something which I discuss during my Double Your Income by Working Less Course, it is your ability to awaken this creativity in them by providing them with either, systems, products, frameworks, tools, knowledge or any number of other possibilities which can help them to see things differently.
By doing so you will be giving them new capabilities, new skill sets and renewed confidence in answers which might not have been apparent to them before. In this way you are adding immense value for them as you are empowering them with capabilities which might have seem beyond their grasp before.
The ability to empower peoples capabilities through creativity is applicable to practically any business, it is your ability to do so which could make the world of difference.
Whether it be by simply opening the customer or clients eyes to the ‘bigger picture’ or finding ways to package your skill sets and knowledge so as to be able to empower them, creativity really is an amazing way for you to add even more value.
By simply applying these three aspects of adding value for your customers to your business, you will be amazed to see how much of what you have to offer which is priceless is not in your product itself always, but rather in your ability to add value to the product or service.
Very often we do not realize the true value this carries and how it could become a whole new income stream for your business which very often is able to draw more profit than the actual product itself. So think about it, how much business is flowing past you on a daily basis which you are not seeing the potential in?

I have learnt that the biggest risk for entrepreneurs is ignorance and that it takes “uncommon” sense and skills to lead you to success. In order to be a Wealth Creator you need to adopt the Wealth Creator’s Strategy. You need to assess and know the real difference between a Wealth Creator’s opportunity and what is simply a money making offering / opportunity whereby you would only be enriching the so-called “gurus” and impoverishing yourself by buying the products of these gurus.
You must know the foundation on which the Wealth Creator’s Strategy is based, which is the Formula For Riches (FFR). You must further know the steps and the specific sequence of the FFR in order to ensure that you get what you want. Throughout, focusing on your goal which is to build a business which will ultimately set you free!
I also know that to be a WCE (Wealth Creator Entrepreneur) you need to maintain your focus daily and you must be willing to do the uncomfortable (by changing you mindset and educating yourself to be a WC). Once you acquire the knowledge and skill sets of a WCE you will know that it is possible to start a business with NO FINANCIAL RISK. Why? …Because you will know how to apply and execute the FFR.
Do not break the FFR – this will only lead to you wasting your time, money and effort and will distract you from your goal – to be free!
You must have a plan of action / investigation phase and you must ask the three qualifying questions:
1. Is it possible and / or legal?
2. Can I make it happen? (Do I have the business or investment knowledge and skill sets to make it happen).
3. Do I have control over it happening? (Do I have the systems and strategies to manage my business or the tactic?)
It is also very important not to confuse information with knowledge. The foundation of a Wealth Creator’s Strategy is based on the Formula For Riches.
It’s enlightening to know that by asking the above 3 questions to test with regard to any opportunity, that you are already busy with the TRANSFORMATION PROCESS. (Having constant awareness and the right knowledge to apply and not being ignorant!)
I must always remember the first skill set of a Wealth Creator: To know how to apply the FFR in my business.
I am so excited and can’t wait to start lesson 3… because I know that what I’m learning here is going to reduce my life sentence from being a prisoner in my own business to being free at last! I truly want to be free and now I know I can make it happen!
